If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from jjillnearme.com, we will gladly accept eligible returns of unworn and unwashed or defective merchandise.

Our Policy
You may return or exchange merchandise that is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags) within 60 days of the shipment date for online orders. Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit the Returns section of jjillnearme.com and initiate a return through your account or via the order number.
  2. Pack the eligible items securely and include any original shipping materials.
  3. Print a prepaid shipping label generated by the portal or use your preferred shipping method.
  4. Once your return is received and reviewed, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment (or store credit if that was used). Exchanges may be processed by placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original item for refund.

Refund Timing
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved. It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions & Conditions

  • Items must be in sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and with all original tags attached.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns for damaged or defective items will be accepted; we will work to replace or refund such items as needed.
  • Shipping costs for returns initiated for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility; if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective), we will cover return shipping.

Exchange Guidance
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may place a new order for the desired item on jjillnearme.com and then return the original item for refund, following the steps above.
