Which sizes do you consider petite?
Petite sizes (0P–18P and XSP–XLP) are designed for women 5′4″ and shorter, with adjusted sleeve lengths, hips and inseams.
Which sizes do you consider regular?
Regular sizes (2–28 and XS–4X) are designed for women approx 5′4″ to 5′7″; in certain styles we include bust darts or elasticized waistbands for better fit.
Which sizes do you consider tall?
Tall sizes (4T–18T and ST–XLT) are designed for women approx 5′7½″ and taller; sleeves, length and inseams are proportionately lengthened.
Can I locate merchandise specific to size, color and/or price?
Yes. Simply enter keywords, sizes, or colours in the search box, or use the filters on our site.

    What methods of payments do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, J.Jill Credit Card, J.Jill gift cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.
    Do sales taxes apply?
    Yes. We are required by law to collect state and local sales tax where applicable.
    How much time does it take to receive an order?
    All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours or the next business day (Mon-Fri) and your card will not be charged until we ship your order.
    How will I know when my order ships?
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

How much time do I have to return an item?
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase or order shipment. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I return an item?

How much time does it take to complete a return?
Once your return is received, crediting begins within approximately 10 business days.
How do I exchange an order?
Please visit one of our stores or initiate an exchange via jjillnearme.com. Final Sale items cannot be exchanged.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Please log into your account or contact us via chat at jjillnearme.com.

Gift Services

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes — we will gift-box most items. During checkout select “Gift Wrap/Message” and add your message; your gift will arrive in a J.Jill gift box with ribbon and tag. (Gift packaging is not available for footwear.)
Where can I purchase a J.Jill gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased online at jjillnearme.com.
What is the delivery time for a J.Jill gift card or e-gift card?
A physical gift card will arrive within 4–7 business days; an e-gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s email within about 2 hours.
Where can I use my J.Jill gift card?
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise online, in stores or by phone. They may not be used toward J.Jill credit card payments. Except where required by law they are not redeemable for cash.
Will the balance on my J.Jill gift card expire?
No. J.Jill gift cards have no expiration date and no dormancy fees.
